Mobile phones have become portable personalized information communication tool, users want to communicate anytime, anywhere. However, given the flight safety issues, the current civilian aircraft cannot be used.With the rapid development of civil aviation, the developed countries and regions have been addressed related issues. There will have huge social benefits, but also include production and operations to form a huge industry, If the civilian mobile communications combined with the civil aviation industry.This dissertation mainly conclusions and innovative work are followed as:Conceded the civil aviation airborne mobile communication services market needs, research developments at home and abroad. Explored the technical feasibility of the project, includes Satellite Relay Access; Ground Relay Access; Compartment Access System and facility preparation requirements in the plane, but also safe feasibility, and includes reforming plane; application strategy of airborne equipment EMC even the weather; environmental conditions; airworthiness license and the impact of GPS systems etc.On the basis of the feasibility analysis, this dissertation proposed several solutions which for the problem above and gave reference for the business development in the future.
