Digital storage oscilloscope is widely used in the observation and analysis of electronic signals as important test equipment. With the analog-digital conversion technology is maturing, the digital storage oscilloscope channel bandwidth and sampling rate continues to increase. With the development of automatic testing interface technology, digital storage oscilloscope provides a variety of connection and communication.However, high-performance analog-to-digital converter is costly and difficult to obtain. As an alternative, time interleaved sampling techniques have been proposed. While upgrading the system sampling rate, the time interleaved sampling technique produces a more complex clock distribution and synchronization issues to digital circuits. Based on the time interleaved sampling timing, this paper studies problems in digital circuits used in the digital storage oscilloscope, and give a solution.On the other hand, although most of the digital storage oscilloscope has built in Ethernet interface, but lacks of the LXI standard Web interface. Some the oscilloscope with the Web interface can only provide limited system information display. This paper studies the HTTP server parameters passed and SVG graphics technology to build a Web interface with order routing and dynamic waveform display, based on embedded operating system environment.The data acquisition system using four ADC sampling time-interleaved sample and read the sample data. Compared to the previous program, the rational use of the clock enable signal, clock domain segmentation and cross-clock domain synchronization enable data acquisition system with better performance and stability.LXI standard Web interface using uIP library build the protocol stack and HTTP server. Compared to the previous program, SVG+JavaScript structure can be completed in the lower memory footprint remote waveform drawing and SCPI command transfer function.
