With the rapid development of industry and our country’s increasinglypowerful, the multi-layer explosion vessels have played more and moreimportant role in industry, public safety, experiment and etc. But because of thecomplexity of the impulse load on explosion vessels, the research results ofdynamic characteristics of the multi-layer explosion vessels with explosion inthe center have been few so far. The paper choose the flat ribbon-wound layeredexplosion vessel and the groove ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel asstructure models and research in the dynamic response of the two explosionvessels subjected to internal load of blast.The theory analysis and numerical simulation of flat ribbon-wound layeredexplosion vessel subjected to internal load of blast in comparison withexperiment results is given. The numerical simulation of groove ribbon-woundlayered explosion vessel subjected to internal load of blast in comparison withexperiment results is given. Analyse the impact of explosion resistance of vesselwith different factors by changing the structure model. The comparison betweenthe explosion resistance of flat ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel andgroove ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel is given in the same consumables.The results reveal:1.The mathematic model and finite element model areestablished reasonably.2. The smaller the winding angle is, the stronger theexplosion–resistance of the flat ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel is.3. Theexplosion resistance of groove ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel withrectangle is stronger than groove explosion ribbon-wound layered vessel withtriangle and groove ribbon-wound layered explosion vessel with trapezoid.4.The longer the saw blade is, the stronger the explosion–resistance of grooveribbon-wound layered explosion vessel is within a certain distance.5.The longerthe vessel is, the stronger the explosion–resistance of groove ribbon-woundlayered explosion vessel is.6.The explosion resistance of groove ribbon-woundlayered explosion vessel is stronger than the flat ribbon-wound layeredexplosion vessel...
