Creative Industrial Park Space Model Research

With China’s cultural and creative industries booming, various kinds of its accumulati on area have emerged. This article focused on case study of typical creative industry p ark existing in Beijing. And offer a reference to future design by comparative analysis of different spatial pattern characteristics, design strategies and methods.The article first researched the internal functions, classification and the main factors t hat restrict the creative industry center, then discussed the internal organization also c omponents characteristics. Next, it analyzed the present situation, development mode and current problems of them. Found functional qualities and deficiencies of different space mode through case study. And finally summarized the current spatial pattern, fu nctional feature and explored the future development direction combining my practica1design.
