Because of cementitious grout with high strength, high flow degree, the expansion and so on many advantages, makes the grouting material used more widely, the researchers on it more and more, all kinds of different properties of the grouting new materials are endless. But they are common setting time too fast, construction operation time is short, the post strength is not high, contraction, overall cost is higher. To solve these problems, this paper use of Portland cement and Sulphoaluminate cement made grouting material, the result shows that: when Sulphoaluminate cement content is8%-20%of the blended cement, the cement setting time shortens greatly, when Sulphoaluminate cement content is8%-10%of the blended cement, the cement strength is growing rapidly, is can the mixed quantity of use. Will blended cement used in grouting materials for the result shows that:when Sulphoaluminate cement amount8%-10%when can meet grouting requirements. Because of Portland cement prices are lower than Sulphoaluminate cement and source broad, so the grouting material shows a very good economic benefits.According to the property of the blended cement with the change rule, using X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analyzer for further microscopic analysis.By means of orthogonal experimental design influenced grouting material flow degree, setting time and vertical inflation and strength properties of the primary and secondary factors sort, and combined with the engineering practice of economy and to determine the optimum ratio for A3B2C3D2E1.In the orthogonal test further, on the basis of the research of grouting material properties of several factors and influenced factors of the grouting material effect on the performance of change rule, and according to the relevant standards for grouting material ratio of grouting material after optimization performance to carry on the comprehensive detection, the result shows that the proportion of grouting material after optimization performance can achieve or exceed the current standards.
