City landscape water is an important part of the habitat environment, but in general, the self-purification ability is weak, and it is easy to become the acceptor of living sewage, rain water and waste, therefor, it will be polluted to different degrees and even to become eutrophication. This paper is mainly about solving the pollution problem in small-scale landscape water by trying to use the method of microbial purification, and gets the following conclusion trough expreiments, so as to provide technical support for small-scale landscape water management:1. Put nine spcies of bacteria screened out form a sewage treatment plant aeration tank into sample water separately. After5days,8days,12days, compared with the original water sample, the COD, BOD5,total nitrogen and total phosphorus index all have declined, but different bacteria has different purification effect. The bacterium I has best effect on organic pollutant purification, the removal rate of COD may achieve a maximum of52.47%, the removal rate of BOD5may achieve a maximum of67.83%,this bacterium is white in the edges and rose red in the middle and a viscous surface. The bacerium D has best removal effect on phosphorus, it may achieve a maximum of56.89%, the bacterium is round, milk yellow and the surface is dry.All the nine bacteria have low removal rate on nitrogen, lower than50%, and make the water pH value increase to8~8.5.The landscape water body in the town is inferior V water, after purification by nine kind of bacteria, the water pollution problems were solved to different degrees. The research results show that the nine bacteria can purify the landscape water. This experiment focuses the research on the removal ablity of the mixture on organic polluntants and phosphorus by using the bacterium D and I and trys to find the best purification condition. The experiment result showes that the mixture of bacterium D and I can remove organic polluntants and phosphorus effectively. The removal rates increases as the water temperature rises,35℃is the best. On the other hand, the removal rates of COD and TP increases as the quantity of the mixture increases. The best concentration of the mixture is OD600nm=1.65, and the best volum is5ml, the removal rates of COD and TP are78.16%and64.15%, if you continue to put into the mixture, the removal rate has little change. pH vales has little effect on the removal rates of COD, while it has more effect on the removal rates of phosphorus, when the pH value is7.5, the removal rate of TP is56.72. The removal effects will be increased as you wave the table quickly. When the table speed is quicker than120rpm, the removal rates increases slowly, waving the table more quickly will cause little effect. When the table speed is120rpm, the removal rate of COD is70.96%, and TP is56.26%.The best expreiment condition is:theconcentration of the mixture of the bacterium D and I is OD600nm=1.65, and the volum is5ml, the temperature is35℃, the pH value is7.5, the table speed is120rpm.3.Combining the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, it is preliminary identified that the bacterium I belongs to Rhodopseudomonas sp. and the bacterium D belongs to Pseudomonas sp.
