Because of the high hardness, strong processing hardening trend, thin finished gauge and high surface quality demand, tin-plating sheet requests puts forward strict requests to the cold rolling lubrication oil. The cold rolling oil is long-term recirculation used as form of the emulsion on site. The difficulty of the tin-plating sheet cold rolling oil is that to meet the demand of lubricity, in the mean time, to meet the demands of the emulsion stability, degrease performance, oil consumption, cleanness.In order to research high lubrication thin-plating cold rolling oil which gives consideration to the other performance? This study researched and screened each kind of the base oil and additive, compared with the using oil through simulated scene experimental methods and at last tested on site to prove the each performance of the new oil.The first chapter introduced the development of the thin-plating sheet cold rolling oil, operating conditions and working situation of the now-using oil on site. The second chapter introduced the test methods, purposes and meanings which evaluate the each performance of the cold rolling oil. The third chapter introduced, compared and screened the base oil, emulsifier, oiliness additive, extreme-pressure agent and the other additives which are used in cold rolling oil and used two formulas to compare with the now-using oil at the aspects of lubrication, heat scratch,cleanness, emulsion stability, antirust, degreese performance through simulated scene experimental methods. The fourth chapter introduced the three month test which is carried out on site and evaluated rolling speed, rolling force, cleanness, antirust, degreese performance of strip and oil consumption.At present, the cold rolling oils used for tin-plating sheet on tandem mill are supplied by foreign manufactures. With the theoretical research, laboratory comparison and on-the-spot test of this study, the performance of the researched oil is proved. With incensement of application achievement and accumulation of application experience, we are sure it would have good market potential.
