| This paper introduced the properties, distribution and purpose of tungsten and tungsten ore, summarized the present situation of tungsten industry. We built a fast and accurate method of inspection the content of the primary elements in tungsten ore aim at the advantages and problems of Ganzhou tungsten industry, and compared the various analysis methods of tungsten ore advantages and disadvantages synthetically. With the introduction of X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis technology development and application, X-ray fluorescence spectrum were used to analysis the concentration of WO3and associated elements in tungsten ore.Based on researching the elements of samples and setting the X-ray fluorescence spectromet er stimulate, dispersion and detection system, we developed the program of the concentration of tungsten ore which included WO3and Fe, Mn,Ca, Si, Mo, Nb, Cu, Sn, Pb, Zn, Al,Mg, K by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.In this paper, we reviewed the sample preparation method of the powder press, molten and solution-filter paper sample, and discussed the preparation conditions. From above results, composition and content of the sample were agreed with the standard samples of powder press preparation method, so it was not appropriate for the actual detecting accuracy. And experimental condition was limited, the success rate of molten sample was not high, so could not get enough standard samples to establish appropriate analyze the calibration curve. We audaciously put forward a new method which transformed tungsten concentration sample into solution, and used thin sample technology to prepare into filter paper samples to measure its tungsten content. But the experiment limited to tungsten concentration of tungsten and other characteristics of the elements coexist, the experimental solution-filter paper sample method only established the method of analysis the WO3content of tungsten. Discussed tantalum was added as internal standard not only eliminated the deviation of the experimental operation and instrument measurement, but also removed the coexistence elements and the effect of matrix. The solution-filter paper sample X-ray fluorescence spectrometer method which was established had many advantages such as high precision and accuracy. In the working curve, the value of RMS, quality coefficient(K) and limit of detection respectively was0.03850%,0.07331and82.38μg/g. |
