There are many adverse factors in malachite sulfide flotation,This paper have been systematically investigated in the malachite flotation,anlyzed the mechanism of sulfide in flotation process,discuss the measures to lower harmful effects for the presence of sludge.In this paper, the author did experimental study of single mineral and artificial mixed minerals compared to actual ore with the main copper oxide minerals malachite for example and quartz, calcite and other gangue minerals. Then through the dynamic potential, adsorption, contact angle, XRD, electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy the author determined the ore, calculated percentage of ionic of the Cu-O key and the Cu-S key with Pauling empirical formula, discussed the mechanism of action of pharmaceutical and minerals at last.It is poor to use xanthate to float malachite directly, and the medicament consumption is large, including ethyl xathate can not make malachite floating. In addition, when added sodium sulfide to the flotation, we can not control the amount and the mixing time well. The test confirmed that ammonium sulfate can promote malachite minerals in sulfide flotation. However, experimental studies have shown that only add to ammonium sulfate in the flotation of malachite can not afford to activation, therefore, we demonstration ammonium sulphate to remove the impact of excess sulfur ions,And a degree of promotion in malachite mineral flotation.In the process of sulfide flotation exist less slime, we can add the dispersant reduces the adverse effects of the slime bring, with more slime we should be taken pre-desliming before entering the flotation operation.Mechanism study by means of infrared spectra shows that:both ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate can occur in the adsorption of malachite mineral surface, also curing agent and malachite occurs when surface adsorption characteristics of sulfide ore peak.When added to the solution of sodium sulfide, the malachite mineral layer of hydrophobic film formed on the surface, significantly changing the electrical properties of mineral surfaces,the mineral can be floating, but the XRD patterns by scanning electron microscopy detected the formation of sulfide film is unstable, adding ammonium sulfate to make the surface of the cured film malachite compact and stabilized, which should not fall off.The infrared spectra show ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate are available to happen chemical adsorption on malachite mineral surface,ammonium sulfate effect to malachite, according to the infrared spectroscopy of malachite mineral, discovery carbonate ion disappear, before and after the reaction of sodium sulfide concentration Indicate sodium sulfide adsorption in the surface of malachite mineral.In addition, through the calculation of malachite Cu-O keys into the Cu-S keys, increased the covalent bond scores,lead to mineral and water interaction activity decreased, changing the floatability of the mineral, this results coincide to flotation.This paper combines the oxidation rate of69.87%in the actual of copper ore, The application of flotation of actual copper oxide ore, adding water glass as dispersant, sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate mixed as a vulcanizing agent, the effect of flotation has been significantly improved, we achieve a better targets,get copper grade of24.39%, the recovery rate of80.71%,solve many technical problems about the difficult to recycle as malachite oxide copper sulphide flotation recovery better.
