pyrazolines, quinolines, pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines, which have great fluorescence properities, are belong to the conjugate carbocyclic compounds. These compounds can be processed to fluorescent coatings, fluorescent probe. Under the microwave radiation, some compounds were designed and synthesized. The products were comfirmed by element analysis, IR spectra, hypsometer, and1H NMR. The flurescernce emission spectra have been studied.The influence of reaction condition on the yields of target compounds, such as action time, microwave power, reactant ratio, were chosen as factors, these factors explored by the orthogonal design of experiment. The synthesis method of pyrazolines were found, under the usual atmospheric pressure, hydrazinobeniene amd chalcone were used to synthesize pyrazolines compounds, according to the radio1.5:1, microwave radiate(320W)12min, the target compounds were obtained. The synthesis method of quinoline were found, a-methylenecyclobutene carbonyl compounds and2-aminobenzophenone compounds were used to synthesize quinoline compounds, according to the radio1:1.2, with ZnCl2as catalyst under microwave radiation(400W) for7min, the target compounds were obtained. Benaldehydes,1,3-diphenylpyrazolin-5-one and anilines were used to synthesize target compound, according to radio1:1:1, with toluene-P-sulfonic acid catalyst under microwave radiation(320W) for12min.Through the above synthetic route, five substitued pyrazolines compounds were synthesized under microwave radiation, providing82.5%~91.2%of aim compounds yield. As well as, seven triphenylquinolines compounds were synthesised, providing66.7%~77.5%of aim compounds yield. Five pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines compounds were synthesized, providing52.3%~62.4%of aim compounds yield.The emission wavelength of target compound are in the blue spectral band. With the pyrazoline, it was shown from the experiment that maximum emission wavelength were about430nm-450nm. For the quinolines, maximum emission wavelength are in the range of460to469nm, For the pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines, the maximum emission wavelength of are in the range of450to470nm. All the target compounds have good fluorescence properities.
