Beltconveyor with horizontal curves is a kind of special belt conveyors can beachieved naturally oriented turning, Avoid the intermediate transfer station, havethe economy, environmental protection and other features, is centralizedembodiment of the belt conveyor long distance and diversification developmenttrend。The research about belt conveyor with horizontal curves is still in the stageof development, its design theory is not mature enough. This article is mainlyabout the turning period of the force is analyzed and deduced the turning radiuscalculation formula, analysis the turning section of each parameter and turningradius, and the plane turning belt conveyor for dynamics study. The maincontents of this paper are:1)Set up the three-dimensional mechanical model at turning period of beltconveyor with horizontal curves,based on the characteristic that there isgenerally not arranged roller anteversion at turning period, take the stressanalysis of turning part and set up the vertical force balance equation of tape inthe turning section, radial force balance equation and the tangential forcebalance equation, obtained the relationship between parameters which influenceturning radius. And derived the calculation formula of turning radius.2)Verified the derivation of the formula by example, detailed analysis theparameter which influence turning radius, draw the illustrations about thevariation relationship between the turning radius and each parameter, the is alsodiscussed various parameters on the effect of turning radius, also analyzes theturning period parameters on the effect of operation per meter resistance, theturning radius variation on curve section the most lateral tension effects are alsoanalyzed, analyzed the change of turning radius on the effect of the lateraltension at turning period. 3)Set up turning period mechanical model about four roller, V type roller,five roller of belt conveyor with horizontal curves, and derived the formulaabout their turning radius, using an example to contrast their and three rollerconveyor, obtained that the change about the turning radius between theseVarious types of roller conveyors is mainly caused by the different groove angle.4)Set up the dynamics analysis model about the belt conveyor withhorizontal curves which is based on the belt viscoelastic properties, usingMATLAB to write the belt conveyor with horizontal curves dynamic analysissoftware; take the dynamic simulation calculation about starting, brakingprocess of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves. and realizes thevisualization of the results, the simulation results are analyzed. Compare thesimulation data with the normal normal straight belt conveyor simulation results,provide various reference for design, dynamic analysis about the belt conveyorwith horizontal curves. |
