Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of high-tech industries, high-performance ferrite materials requirement more and more, the hydrothermal method, which can prepare high-performance、low-sintering temperature of nanoscaled ferrite, has a more broad development prospects. In this dissertation, the NiZnCo nanoscaled ferrite materials, based on the hydrothermal method, have been analyzed as the object of study. This paper explores the process parameters of precursor body, hydro-thermal reaction and sintering, analysis the relationship of Electromagnetic properties and the process parameters. Eventually, use the prepared materials to make the antenna substrate, realize from materials research, device design to manufacturing process integrated design. Main contents are as follows:1. The effects of bath temperature and PH value on properties of NiZnCo nanoscaled ferrites were studied. Through comparing the electromagnetic properties of material based on the different process conditions, draw the conclusion that the best water bath temperature and PH value, then analyze the influencing mechanism.2. Towards the hydrothermal synthesis process, the addition of suitable amount of dispersant, dispersity of the nanoscaled ferrite powder is good. The reactor pressure, rotational speed and reaction temperature on the performance of the ferrite influence mechanism are researched, finally determine the optimum conditions:the reaction axe pressure is1Mpa, speed is180rpm, reaction temperature is200℃.3. The effects of different sintering temperatures on properties of NiZnCo nanoscaled ferrites were studied. According to the results, the ferrites can be at900℃low-temperature sintering without any burned agent based on the hydrothermal method, finally prepared the good-performance ferrite powder, which is suitable for antenna substrate. Low speed burn of the sintering process can improve loss characteristics of the NiZnCo ferrite.Finally, we use the nanoscaled NiZnCo ferrite materials prepared by hydrothermal method as an antenna substrate material, then create the tag antenna model, with the HFSS simulation of antenna performance, design a433MHz RFID antenna, and actually product of the tag antenna, According to the result of the scalar network analyzer, the antenna performance is basically in line with the designed aim.
