In order to reduce pressure about rural life sewage on the ecological environment, the country is to put forward rural environmental regulation in12th Five-Year planning. Along with the national rural policy implementation, the construction of New Countrysides have increased in the loess plateau and the village layout form gradually evolved original spread out primarily to gather, but it makes that originally rural domestic sewage with little influence water environment has a serious threat to rural or regional water of environmental.
