The thesis will to studies copper-catalyzed direct reductive acylation of ketoximes for preparation of enamides. It mainly consists of the following four parts.Part I:In this part we make a summary about the history、develop、tendency of the enamide properties. According to the reaction processes, we classified them in five types:1) Heck reaction of enamides;2) Addition of enamides;3) Reactions with alkynes of enamides;4) Self-coupling of enamides;5) Hydrogenation reactions of enamides. We mainly introduce six organic reactions synthesis enamides derivations progress. We briefly described as follows:1) Direct condensation of amides with ketones;2) Transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions;3) Addition of an organometallic reagent to a nitrile;4) Reductive acylation of ketoximes.Part II:In this part we study a new synthesis reaction through intensively investigation of the transition metal copper-catalyzed direct reductive acylation of ketoximes for preparation of enamides.Part III:In this part we introduced that the transition metal copper-catalyzed direct reductive acylation of ketoximes for preparation of enamides. With the reaction conditions and product types discusses put forward the reasonable experiment mechanism. These method make the synthesis cost down quickly and friendly to the environment.
