Mine hoist is a large and complex equipment of a Mine, it undertakes thetask to enhance mineral and persons.If an accident occurs in the promotionprocess, not only affecting the amout of mine production, even causingcasualties, so it is necessary to study the kinetics of mine hoist.At present, somescholars at home and abroad do some research on the influence of parameters onsystem vibration in the lifting process,however,this study finds that quality ofcargo promoting,quality of head sheave, characteristics of main shaft device,quality and stiffness of elastic element of wire rope have more stronger effectson the dynamic characteristics of winding system.Based on analyzing on the actual working status of the winding systemwith single container of a single rope winding hoist, by using mechanicalvibration theory and computer simulation thchnology, the vibration model is setup. Considering the effect of motion parameters and quality parameters onthe vibration of the whole system synthetically, it summarizes that selectingappropriate quality of head sheave and cargo promoting can reduce the cibrationand improve the stability of system,Considering the influence of the main shaft device on the system vibration,a three freedom vibration model is established. It is summarized that change instiffness of the main shaft device affects vibration of the spindle only, othercibrations can be negligibled.Aiming at actual lifting situation of a Mine, parameters of the lifting systemis optimized on the premise of meeting its annual production. The optimizationresult not only reduces the maximum amplitude of the lifting process, but alsoeconomizes the cost and raises economical benefit In the optimization process,curve fitting is done by using linear regression theory in this paper fornon-standard skip, it estimats the relationship between dead weight of standardand non-standard,and offers parameters for optimization.The paper provides a theoretical basis for design and development of thehoist system, it can improves safety of Mine and extends the servicelife of equipment.
