Therefore, the use of coal pitch, needs to reduce itscarcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons content. To reduce it to thehuman body carcinogenicity and pollution to the environment. The coal tarprocessing enterprise, it is a valuable of the meaningful work.This paper mainly choose some polymer and coal pitch reaction, so as toreduce the carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (is mainly by benzeneand [a] pyrene (BaP) for representative) the purpose of the material. This paperstudies the different temperature, and in the change of time and polymer indifferent additives on the influence of the BaP kind material. The choice ofpolymer main poly (ethylene glycol)(molecular weight6000), benzoic acid,SBS, epoxy, polyurethane, acid styrene ion exchange resin, liquid, and solidCoumatone resin. The experimental results show that the BaP kind materialremoval from the polymer more obvious effects, in addition amount10%: Theliquid of Coumatone resin reaction temperature120℃, reaction time1.0h, Bapkind material lower rate was64%; Acid styrene ion exchange resin reactiontemperature160℃, reaction time1.5h, Bap kind material lower rate was59%;Epoxy resin reaction temperature160℃, reaction time1.5h, Bap kind materiallower rate was50%; Poly (ethylene glycol)(molecular weight for6000) reactiontemperature160℃, reaction time1.5h, Bap kind material lower rate was47%;SBS reaction temperature160℃, reaction time1.5h, Bap kind material lowerrate was45.8%. In addition amount15%when: benzoic acid reactiontemperature120℃, reaction time0.5h, Bap kind material lower rate by38%.The corresponding Bap kind material content were1.34%,1.4%,1.8%,2.06%, 2.47%,2.63%,2.69%, and3.06%.Under the role of catalyst, In addition amount10%of polymer: polyethyleneglycol (peg) reaction temperature160℃, reaction time is1.5h, Bap kindmaterial lower rate was67.3%; Solid Coumatone resin reaction temperature160℃, reaction time1.0h, Bap kind material lower rate was41.1%; LiquidCoumatone resin reaction temperature20℃, reaction time0.5h, Bap kindmaterial lower rate was72.98%. The corresponding Bap kind material contentwere1.61%,2.92%,1.34%. The Coumatone resin is low doses, high efficiencyof the virus-free modifier.
