This work is mainly divided into two parts:The first chapter research the synthesis of polycyclic pyrimidines.Nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds have good biological activity, especially the pyrimidines have strong biological activity, the N heterocyclic pyrimidine derivatives are very important class of heterocyclic compounds in activities of human life. The Pyrimidines have good biological activity such as bactericidal, insecticidal, herbicidal anti-viral, anti-HIV, and anti-tumor and so on. Because of their high efficiency, low toxicity and unique mode of action, they are widely used in medicine and the field of pesticides.Firstly, we used readily available raw materials, ketones and benzaldehydes synthesized five fork ketones3a-e. Then, fork ketones3were reacted with benzamidine salts4in ethanol which catalyzed by sodium hydroxide under reflux to get nine pyrimidine compounds5a-i. The entire synthetic route has many advantages such as concise synthetic route, simple operation, raw materials, high efficiency and environment friendly, etc.The second chapter research of GFAAS on the content of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu in the tamarindus extract.Tamarindus extract which has special scent is the essential spice for cigarettes production. Tobacco added tamarindus extract can significantly improve the taste and rich aroma of cigarettes and reduce irritation. When smokers smoking, the flue gas inhaled directly and harmful substances enter the smokers randomly. However, their processing can cause heavy metal pollution, and this has aroused widespread concern. Most of heavy metals in the environment can not be bio-degradation, but it can through foods enters the body, and then after a period of accumulation will be showing its toxicity, such as teratogenic, carcinogenic or mutagenic effect. Heavy metal pollution is not always easy to be early to detect, so it becomes more danger.This paper has researched the determination of heavy metals in the extract of tamarindus by GFAAS and other advanced technologies. Through optimized a variety of experimental conditions, and establish a sensitive, accurate and able detection method to meet the of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu in the tamarindus extract. Through experiments, confirmed the slit width of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu were1.0nm,0.5nm,0.2nm,0.5nm. This paper focused on the ashing temperature and matrix modifier, and ultimately determined with a concentration of0.08%NH4H2PO3+(NH4)2SO4as the matrix modifier. This paper also researched the atomization, cleaning process, and the lamp current and other influencing factors to get the best working conditions. In addition, we determined the best digestion procedure of microwave. In the best experimental conditions, we studied the linear range, detection limits, precision and accuracy. The result of the linear range of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu were0-100ug/L,0-8ug/L,0-120ug/L and0-100ug/L; detection limits were0.323ug/L,0.0138ug/L,0.646ug/L and0.275ug/L spiked recoveries were86.3-107.6%,82.8-110.8%,88.4-106.3%,83.0-110.0%; the relative standard deviation were2.81%,4.39%,2.72%,2.48%, less than5%. Reproducible experiments and spiked recoveries experiments show that the precision and accuracy are good and can meet the the detection of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu in tamarindus extract.
