| In our country,more than75percent of phosphate is Collophanein. Dolomite and quartzare main gangue of the collophane which is difficult to separate. and small differences among threekinds of minerals,Therefore, the flotation separation of the collophaneã€dolomite and quartz appearsvery important in flotation of phosphorus rock. Collector agent and metal ions have effect on theflotation separation of collophaneã€dolomite and quartz was researched through pure and actualmineral experiment in this article.Uing Cationic of collector and Anion of collector pure minerals test, respectively by theconcentration of collector agent and PH as variable to which investigates the flotation andflotation differences of collophane〠dolomite and quartz. The test results show that: sodiumoleateã€neopelexã€SLSã€laurylamine are effective collector agent of dolomite,especially oleicacid is the best. Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromideã€KB agent and laurylamine areeffective collector of quartz,including the KB is much better than others. The combination ofcollector experiment results show that︰collector combination of dolomite and quartz producedno coordination effect but have coordination effect between the neopelex and sodium oleate.In the flotation systems of sodium oleate, investigating the flotation separation ofcollophaneã€dolomite and quartz were affected by these metal ions through adding7kinds ofmetal ions.Experiment shows that:the flotation separation of collophaneã€dolomite and quartzwere certain affected by these metal ions but produced no more significant flotation differencesand had no stimulative effect. In reverse flotation of dolomite with sodium oleate, Fe3+hasharmful to flotation and it can be used to sodium citrate to eliminateIn three yuan artificial mixture of mine experiment, the grade of calcium rubber phosphaterock of crude ore is23.18%, with phosphoric acid as inhibitors, combination agent as dolomitecollector, KB as quartz collector, which get phosphorus rock grade is38.65%and recovery rate is92.17%. In actual mine closed-circuit experiment, the grade of calcium phosphorus rock of crudeore is22.35%, by flotation get grade of phosphorus rock is31.10%and recovery rate is93.27%.Using the infra-red spectrum testing technology and the ultraviolet spectrophotometer, theinfrared spectra that is collophaneã€dolomite and quartz affect with collector before or after wereanalysed and mechanism that is collophaneã€dolomite and quartz affect with collector wasresearched. The researching results show that: In the acidic conditions, combined reagentadsorption on dolomite is very significant. KB reagents adsorption on dolomite is verysignificant.combination agent absorbed in dolomite surface, having not only chemical adsorptionbut also physical adsorption and happened strong adsorption effects; never having obviousadsorption with glue collophane; but having a few adsorption on quartz surface which is physical adsorption. Therefore, in combination of the agentia system, dolomite〠cellophane and quartzhave obvious flotation differences. KB agent has strong adsorption on quartz surface, happened isphysical adsorption. Collophane and KB agent never happen obvious adsorption effect; few KBagents absorbed on dolomite surface and happened is physical adsorption; therefore, in KB agentsystem, quartz flotation best, glue has no flotation, they have obvious differences about flotation. |
