With metal elements such as Cu、Pb、Zn as development emphasis, China used to not payenough attention to the dressing recovery of silver, the distribution of silver in ores and slag,Occurrence and the research of technological mineralogical characteristics.Thorough study on technological mineralogy of silver in residue from wet zinc smelting,This thesis intend to reaches goal of silver recovery. On the basis of Microscopic examination ofsanding sheet and with the help of SEM and Spectral analysis the thorough and systematicanalysis of technological mineralogical characteristics, which indicates that:Zinc slag is consisted of10kinds of mineral, the main silver minerals are native silver,golden silver ore, the main metal minerals is pyrite, the main non-metallic minerals isarsenopyrite、residual、quartz feldspar、chlorite.Native silver, golden silver mine is mainly fine crystal, which was particulate texture andcrystal size is0.020-0.038mm, even the small ones is0.010mm, pyrite particle size is0.2-04mm,diameter of arsenopyrite particle is0.5mm. Symbiotic relationship of these is that the carrier ofthe mineral is pyrite, arsenopyrite silver. native silver, golden silver mine was in free state, a largepart of them wa located in the edge of pyrite, arsenopyrite or in the middle of them.On the basis of researching process mineralogy of silver,a reasonable processing craft wasobtained from the conclusion of this study,and a series of tests were carried out by flotation.Adopting sodium silicate as the depressant,T-3as the modifying,collector1and collector2(3:1)as the Combine effective collector,on the condition of10%flotation concentration withoutchanging pH value, two closed-cycle experiments with one rough concentration,two scavengingand four concentration,was executed,and the indicator that the silver concentrate of6517.5g/twith the recovery of71.57%to the original ores with80g/t grade of silver was achieved. At thesame time, the analysis of the economic probability was made for minings and businesses in thispaper,which can be regarded as an useful reference to dress silver for those similar minings verysignificant.
