Landslide is one of the main security risks in the open pit mine production. In order to real-time visibility slip deformation of the slope rock,we need to establish the monitoring system and forecast the deformation of the development trend,so we can prevent the generation of landslide hazard.It is difficult to grasp its change and development trends accurately because of the complex and variable stratigraphic distribution and the surrounding environment. Some deformation prediction methods are relatively simple, the prediction results are relatively inaccurate. Based on this,this text is background on XiaoLongtan Buzhaoba open pit, having a comprehensive evaluation of the slope stability for northwest area, judging slope deformation trend, combined with the monitoring data to use different methods to predict landslide and give up the corresponding control program.The main research results are as follows:1、By using the limit equilibrium method to make stability analysis for several sections of the northwest slope,the northwest side of342,344,346,348profile slopes are stable as a whole, the stability of section350near the slope is poor, once experiencing rainy season the possibility of landslides will be great.2、By using FLAC3D numerical simulation method to model and analyze for344,346,348profile of the northwest Side Slope, revealing the slip characteristics and deformation laws under the weight stress for slope rocks.3、By building Gray prediction model、polynomial regression prediction model、the three-dimensional solid forecasting model to predict the northwest Side Slope future trends. The prediction results show that slope have a large deformation in the future,and thus pose a serious threat to mine safety.4、Based on stability analysis of slope and engineering survey data,350nearby is rich in groundwater, landslide was already occurred.So this text give up four drainage programs: the hydrophobic tunnel, cut water curtain, horizontal drainage hole, dewatering well. Considered to the precipitation effect、the difficulty of construction and the cost, finally selecting precipitation well as the optimal drainage program, and theoretically verify the effectiveness of the drainage program.
