Solid super acid in recent years concerned, become the focus of research of catalysis. Theadvantages of solid super acid have relatively high acidity, good catalytic performance, relativelylow catalytic temperature, easy and reaction system separation, renewable and reuse, nocorrosion pollution-free advantages. This kind of acid catalytic reaction in general includehydrocarbon cracking, paraffin rearrangement, isomerization alkane, olefins hydration, olefinpolymerization, aromatic alkylation, aromatic acylate, alkyd esterification, substitution reaction,etc. It also reflected the acid catalyst is an important industrial base. Acid catalyst is mainly usedliquid acid, although the process is very mature, but the development of human environment tobring considerable damage, there are also homogeneous catalysts itself and inevitable cannotovercome shortcomings, such as easy corrosion equipment, difficult to continuous production,selective poor, product and catalyst and so on a series of difficult separation reasons. The labdeveloped SO42-/MxOy type of solid super acid catalyst, the catalyst has good industrialapplication value. In this paper, the application of the catalyst in organic synthesis study.The first part of this paper, the research progress of solid acid catalyst. The course mainlyintroduces the classification of solid acid catalyst, method of preparation, characterizationmethods, application in organic synthesis, etc.The second part, in this lab on the basis of previous researches, the use of the preparation ofthe lab solid super acid catalyst, the synthesis1,4-ring has two ketone shrink pentaerythritol,pentaerythritol four acetate, pentaerythritol four acrylate, season four e anthraquinones, KuiLinsynthesis reaction was studied, the synthesis conditions are optimized, experimental resultsverify the catalyst in the related performance in reaction is good, the catalytic activityIn SO42-/TiO2-SnO2solid super strong alkali catalytic1,4-ring has two ketone doubleshrink pentaerythritol condensation reaction, mainly to the reaction temperature, concentration ofreactant ratio, the usage of the catalyst, reaction time and other conditions for the optimization,production rate reached78.5%.In SO42-/TiO2-SnO2solid super acid catalytic esterification reaction, this paper studies thepentaerythritol four acetate, pentaerythritol four acrylates,Pentaerythritol four alcohol fourmethyl acrylate; The usage of catalysts, reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio ofmaterial such as the effect of the esterification reaction was investigated, through theoptimization of reaction conditions, esterification rate can amount to87.4%、82%、86%. In SO42-/TiO2-SnO2type of solid super acid catalytic anthraquinone reaction, inspected thecatalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent, such as the dosage of optimizedconditions, the yield of the product at83.5%.In SO42-/TiO2-SnO2type of solid super acid catalytic KuiLin reaction, inspected the catalystdosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and materials, such as the dosage of solvent thanoptimized conditions, the yield of the product at72.5%.In addition also studied1,4-ring of adipic ketone benzene2amine double shrink adjacentcondensation reaction, mainly to the reaction temperature, concentration of reactant ratio, theusage of the catalyst, reaction time and other conditions for the optimization, production ratereached82%.
