| In the process of cutting processing, the problem of cutting parameter optimizationhas become one of the important economic issues in modern Mechanical ManufacturingIndustry. The cutting parameter has the characteristics of low efficiency and high finishcost according to traditional experience data and mechanical handbook. Thus the goal ofstudy the cutting parameter optimization is to improve machining efficiency, reduceprocessing cost, acquire high quality product, which has great significance to enhanceeconomic benefit.Based on the deep analysis and understand of the boring machining processing andsimulation about large component of heavy machine tool, this paper adopt the carbidecutting tools to machining the gray cast iron for boring machining processing test tostudy the boring machining processing mechanism, analysis the different cuttingparameters on the effort of cutting force, surface roughness and tool wear rule andestablish corresponding mathematical model. During the modeling process, using themethod of orthogonal test measure multiple sets of data, and using mathematical soft forthe regression analysis, then comparing the results of the test and the regression, theresults prove that the model is correct.Combined with cutting parameter optimization mathematical modeling under theactual machining condition and responding surface method to gain the optimized result.Compare the material removal rate and shortest machining processing time betweenoptimized result and actual cutting parameter below the premise that assures quality. Theresult indicates that the optimized result can obviously shorten process time and improveproduction efficiency. |
