Servi and Finn put forward a class of semi-vacation policy-working vacation queue in recent years. Semi-vacation policy-working vacation means the server works as a lower speed when taking the original work during a vacation period than stops working. In addition, the theory of queuing system which applied for working vacation is a hot debate in queuing system throughout the ages. Based on Geon/Geom/1queue with N-policy, we deal with negative customs, feedback, multiple vacations and set-up time. Moreover, The starting time of busy period is determined by N-policy, and only if the number of customers in the system is greater than or equal to N, the system can work in the set-up time period; otherwise, Another independent identically distributed working vacation begins in the system. Meanwhile, literatures queuing models incorporating negative customers are extensively discussed by researchers worldwide, which is meaningful. Negative customers can be considered as a mistake in the operation or a disaster to the system. In this paper, we focus on the offset strategy, which means negative customers removing the positive customer. And The negative customers needn’t accept service. Just after completion of its service, the positive customer may feeds back for next service with certain probability. In this thesis, we give a specific description of the model, show the transfer probability and use the matrix geometric solution method to discuss the state out of the model indicators. Thus, we get the concise expression of the steady state distribution for the queue length, as well as the average queue length and so on.
