The Xinzhai sin ore deposit is located in northen of Laojunshan tin polymetallic metallogenic belt that in southeast of Bozhushan and Laojunshan arch flod in southeast of Yunnan. It is the only large-size ore deposit in northen of Laojunshan metallogenic belt. This deposit has close time, space and genesis relation with Laojunshan regional metamorphism and migmatization at indosinian period.Research work based on the previous data collection,field geological investigation and laboratory study. The ore body shape, produces shape and ore scale,the ore compositions,types,texture,structure and wall rock alteration were researched and analysised.At the same time, has studied geochemical characteristics isotope and rare earth elements,combinating mine area geochemical characteristics and minerlization age discussed the sources of ore-forming material and the genesis of ore deposits. Summary the ore control factors, criteria for ore prospecting, metallogenic prediction criterion of deposit,on the basis of this and combinating mine area of geophysical and geochemical anomaly delineation of favorable prospecting target area. By the research work in this paper mainiy obtained and understanding by the research:1. The orebodies occur in bedded or similarly bedded hosted in Quartz mica schist and skarn located the upper part third of Tian Peng group in Middle Cambrian.And produced in the green schist facies belt and amphibolite facies transition zone near the green schist facies belt. The deposit is controlled by a north-south synclinal flexure and fracture so ore extensed and side bend nearly north-south side, the rich center of ore deposit located in flexure and fracture is formed in the interlayer peeling belt and fault fracture zone.2. Metallogenic material origin in formation of middle and upper cambrian system,deposit is formated by sedimentary, metamorphic and migmatic hydrothermal transformation enrichment, and weak suffered from granite intrusion activity superimposed reformation at Yanshan period in Laojunshan.3. The direct prospecting symbol of Xinzhai sin deposit is:the chloritization, the epidotization, the skarn, the silicification, carbonate rock and a variety of similar complex hydrothermal alteration superimposed parts, the indirect prospecting symbol is transition severe complex lithology located third of Tian Peng group in middle Cambrian, greenschist and amphibolite facies transition zone near the green schist facies belt of the side.The geophysical and geochemical anomaly.4. Two favorable mineralization was found:Xinzhai-Huangguozhai is the key research areas for prospecting,Xiaxindifang-Yantuo is the favorable prospecting on peripheral area.
