Linear Mixed Effects Model Impact Analysis Application In The Investigation Of Civilization Studies

The influence analysis is an important method for statistical diagnosis. Its purpose is to detect the strong influence data points based on the established statistical model. Since Cook raised point deletion method in1977, point deletion method has been successfully applied to many statistical models for the influential analysis.In this paper, in view of the practical problems in the civilization survey, we still using point deletion method. Based on the Fee, Pan’s basis, we suggested a new generalized Cook distance QD0. We also compared the consistency relations of QD0with the generalized distance QD and QD*by the classical dental data example.July2010, August and October, Suzhou City Institute of Civilization made three civilization surveys for95families of six communities in Xiangcheng Area of Suzhou City. For the true reflection of the civilization score in the community and area levels, we need to identify the strong influential points in the sample. In this thesis, we successfully applied the QD0to this civilization survey and get a relatively satisfied the result.
