When people heard about infectious diseases there is a panic, It is of great signifcancefor us to study the rules of spreading of infections . So many domestic and foreign scholarsstudied diferent infectious diseases by various methods.In this paper, we establish the mathematical models mainly about hand, foot and mouthdisease. In chapter three, we use SEIQR infectious disease model with standard incidence ,and get the condition when the epidemic is permanent or extinct. In the fourth chapter weconsider a non-autonomous cycle coefcient model, found the Basic reproductive number bya spectral radius of a linear integral operator .The explorations also involve the existenceand stability of periodic solutions. Chapter fve join the knowledge of control in, we look forthe optimal control measures of the disease.
