Study On The Humanistic Traffic Management

This paper humors the development trend of traffic management, how the traffic management carry out the humanistic management is a flinty task for the traffic police at new stage, also is one of the requirements to build harmonious society.From the point of traffic management theory, this paper puts forward the related theory on humanistic traffic management, on this basis, it respectively discusses the main body of the humanistic traffic management, namely the traffic police, and the object of that, namely the traffic participants, as well as the subjective factor of the humanistic traffic management, namely the existing law system and the process of execution, external factor of that, namely the influence and effect of the traffic environment to the setup of the humanistic traffic management, meanwhile, this paper describes the non-people oriented phenomena in large and medium cities of our country by four aspects of main body, object, subjective and external factors., and it takes Guangzhou city as an example, expounds the current problem on the humanistic traffic management from the above mentioned four aspects. By the above analysis, this paper puts forward the following traffic management measures for the implementation of the humanistic traffic management with a view to construct the management system of humanistic traffic, quality education system for the traffic participants, humanistic system for preventing the traffic accidents, humanistic traffic police team, science and technology information system for humanistic traffic, ideological and political education system for humanistic traffic supervisor. At the same time with theory discussion, this paper combines the theory and practice closely by the current traffic status of Guangzhou city.
