Project post evaluation is an important phase in the capital construction p rocedure,and project post– evaluation of reservoir emigrant is an important content of the reservoir project post– evaluation.Reservoir emigrant is a important part of the Reservoir project.How to settle effectively the problem of reservoir emigrant will influence the building process of the project. And economic benefit of the water conservancy project is relate to directly the social stability.So the valid measure to do well the work of Reservoir emigrant is to carry through the post evaluation.This paper focuses on the following issues:(1)Characteristic of post evaluation,probed into the mostly content,evaluation m ethod and basic procedure. Studied the concept, theory,content of construction project sustainability post evaluation.(2)Analyse the system of the Reservoire migrant,and introduce the concepts and the content of the post evaluation of the Reservoir emigrant.(3) Analyse how to constitute the indicator system on the basis of the corporate governance,the indicator system is make up of society system,economy system, environment system,resource system. These subsystem are correlative and independency.(4)introduce the post evaluation of reservoire migrant of Jinping I project in Sichuan province.
