| Sports dance originated in Europe, Latin America, by the British Royal Society ofteachers of dancing in1925formally promulgated the waltz (slow three step), tango,Foxtrot, quickstep, dance steps, name of modern dance. Modern dance is a project ofsports dance competition group, the project group includes Vienna waltz, tango, waltz,Foxtrot and Quickstep five. In China, modern dance, martial arts, gymnasticscompared to traditional project belongs to a new project, understanding of moderndance also need to pursue deeper understanding, such as the action of the structureaccurately grasp and training more scientific research. At present, the modern danceeven though there is a social organization and many of the club’s, but in motionclassification and training system has not reached the standard degree such asgymnastics that, just in the initial stage, not known. The level of our national athletesconstantly improve, in major international competitions are the performance is gettingbetter and better, but in the ordinary universities in the sport level and national levelthere is still a big gap. If want to better development and popularity of the sport, itrequires a relatively detailed and complete theory basis to support.In this study,"classified teaching method" used in the modern dance teaching as theresearch object, taking Xi’an Physical Education University Sports Dance Majors asthe analysis object, through access to information, questionnaire survey and visitingexperts, summed up the modern dance movements are divided into three categories:Mobile class action, class action, class action modeling rotation.This paper uses the "classified teaching method" were studied, results showed that:1Preparation stage1of the teaching experiment, through the physical quality of thestudents professional ability and a basic step, two basic steps to grasp the situationdetection, not much difference between the overall situation to obtain experimentalclass and the control class, that there is no significant difference between the startingpoint of learning ability of two groups of students, learning the basic synchronization,so as to ensure the relative objectivity of experimental results.2Teaching experimental implementation stage, based on the experimental groupProfessor Waltz bronze using "classified teaching method", the control group usingconventional teaching professor Waltz bronze.
