Justice is an important social principal that is pursued universally. Justice can inspire people to accomplish the long-term objective with the guidance of social rules for their belief that the world is fair and ordered, and their effort will gain. When the justice is threatened, people were even willing to sacrifice their advantage to punish others’fault to maintain fairness (Camerer,2003; Fehr, Fischbacher,&Gachter,2002). And justice can be influenced by the effect of situation (Buchan、Croson、Johnson&Wu,2005; Zhou, Wu,2011). On the other hand, framing effect is one of important factors affecting the irrational decision-making(Kahneman, Tversky,1981). Then whether the irrational factors of justice will be affected by framing effect? This research adopted a income-distribution material as the material of framing effect to investigate effect of the description that people with high-income made more money than the people with low-income and the opposite description on the justice judgment and the interaction effect between the framing effect and attibutional style and time pressure.First, experiment1adopted one factor between-subjects design to investigate the effect of framing effect on the justice judgment. Then experiment2investigated the interaction between attibutional style and framing effect with the ASQ. To further investigate the mechanism of framing effect, experiment3did research on the interaction between time pressure and framing effect. The results can be summarized as follows:(1) Framing effect significantly influenced the justice judgment. The description of people with low-income made less was considered more unfair and made people to have greater extent of external attributions for poverty. And framing effect had marginal significant effect on the levels of support for redistributive tax policies.(2) Framing effect had significant interaction with the attributional style. People with external attributional style made more unfair judgment on the negative framing while people with internal attributional style didn’t. There was significant interaction between the framing effect and attributional style in the attribution for poverty either. People with internal attributional style had greater extent of external attributions for poverty in the positive framing.(3) The effect of framing effect on the justice judgment still existed under timpe pressure, which suggested a intuitional mechanism.
