The music performance (MP) is a traditional major in university especially in some conservatories, which has been established in China for more than80years. In recent years, with the development of economy, society, cultural undertaking and the revolution of the music in our country, the education of MP in colleges is facing many unprecedented challenges under the comprehensive effect of various outside forces. In this context, the revolution for the MP education is imperative to execute. As the core part of educational reform, the curriculum system reform is very important. The goal, structure, content, implementation and evaluation of curriculum system can independently or multiply influence the scope and quality of MP talent education. Based on this viewpoint, the reconfiguration for the curriculum system of MP major in university is chosen as main point in this study.In this paper, the curriculum system is divided to goal, structure, content, implementation and evaluation five parts. Form this opinion, we choose the combinations of theoretical research and practice research as method, and follows the logic of thinking and writing which is in order as "literature analysisâ†'problem presentingâ†'fact investigationâ†'theory buildâ†'strategy exploration". Firstly, in terms of teachers and students, we inspected the current situation and problems of music performance in the colleges by investigation, observation and case study. Secondly, based on the problems, the philosophy for the curriculum system reconfiguration of MP has been introduced, believing that the curriculum system reconfiguration of MP should give expression to humanity, complexity, dynamics and diversity. Thirdly, based on the introduced philosophy for the curriculum system reconfiguration of MP, the philosophies for the curriculum system reconfiguration of MP goal, structure, content, implementation and evaluation have been proposed, respectively, which consists of the value of reconfiguration, the basis of reconfiguration and the solution of reconfiguration. At last, according to the philosophies for the curriculum system reconfiguration and the practical problems, starting out the development of teachers, renew of professional resources and expand of curriculum resources, we presented the safeguard mechanism for the curriculum system reconfiguration of MP form the aspects of policies, teachers and curriculum system resources.Beyond all doubt, the existing course systems may show up some rationality and social values, but what we believe is that the curriculum systems guided by new philosophies contain more, structure more reasonably and reflect the features of humanity, expansibility and times more sufficiently.
