Chapter Three analyzes the literature types, themes, language, intentions and emotions of Bai Juyi’s poems and summarized his general style.In conclusion, the artistic features of health cultivation poems by Bai Juyi are originally and continually related to his general poetic style of being simple, natural and deeply-meaned, which expresses the freedom of a talented literati and embodies the neutralized beauty and the carefree style. In additional, the health cultivation poems by Bai Juyi express the aim and fun of health cultivation of extrinsic body cultivation, intrinsic mind cultivation, the combination of body and mind, cultivating both intrinsically and extrinsically, and inspire the predecessors to cultivate health.
