Compared with the vast majority of contemporary writers of educated youth,Shi Tie-sheng is undoubtedly a very distinguished one in Chinese contemporarywriters. SHI Tie-sheng’s writing could extend deeply into our human being’sspecial corners of mind where others never know because of his unique experience.Taking a view throughout all Shi Tie-sheng’s works, the most famous andmeaningful ones are “My Remote Qing Ping-wan”and “Di-tan and I”,especially inthe1980s and1990s Chinese literary, these two works have outstanding value oftimes and theoretical significance in the history of Chinese educated youthliterature. This essay intends to proceed from Shi Tie-sheng’s literary concept andhis identity of educated youth, tries to explore his literary attitude when he beginshis writing, focus on analyzing Shi Tie-sheng’s two representative works ofeducated youth literature and its value in the history of contemporary literatureespecially in the educated youth literature.
