People in life will constantly thinking and planning their own future. Future planning is oneof the important psychological process of future orientation and the development of futureplanning is a process of socialization. Peer is one of the important influence factors of socialsupport system, influence how to think and plan their own future(Kandel&Lesser,1969), Pastin the research of social support system, is only on the social support system from differentsources provided by the function and characteristics are studied, the relationship betweendifferent areas of the friend support system and the future planning lack further study. This studychoose different dimensions of friends support system, systemly planning for the future of theinfluence of different areas are discussed. For planning future study lack of peer influence onadolescents in the future planning of research, and less consider the characteristics of therelationship between their own youth, at the same time examines the gender and the adjustmentof urban and rural adolescents.This study adopts the method of cluster sampling, each from jinan of shandong provinceand the laizhou area from5junior schools and high schools, a total of1634students as subjects.Respectively by using self-report method, on adolescents five-score future orientationquestionnaire and five-score network questionnaire to test. To discuss the relationship betweenadolescents’ friends support system (companyship, intimacy, affection, instrumental help andconflict) and future planning (education, career exploration/commitment and exploration/commitmentof family/marriage), along with gender and urban and rural moderate therelationship between friends’ support system (companyship, intimacy, affection, instrumentalhelp and conflict) and future planning. The research finding was as follows:(1) Instrumental help can respectively positively predicted education exploration and careerexploration/commitment. Conflicts negative predicted education exploration and professionalcommitment. Intimacy can positively predicted exploration/commitment of family/marriage.(2) Gendermoderated the relation between intimacy and conflict and education exploration,respectively.Intimacy edge significantly positively predicted the girls’ education exploration, butnot predicted boys’ education exploration.Conflict negatively predicted girls’ educationexploration, but boys’ education exploration was not predict. Gender respectively moderated therelation between instrumental help and affection and the family/marriage commitment.Instrumental help positively predicted the girls’ family/marriage commitment, but not predictboys’. Affection edge negative predicted girls’ family/marriage commitment and positivelypredicted the boys’ family/marriage commitment.(3) The difference of adolescent’s urban and rural did not moderated the relation betweenfuture planning and friend support system.
