Xiahou Zhan Poetry Research

Xiahou Zhan can be regarded as a very important writer in the historyof Xijin Dynasty literature. His "Sao poetry" and the objectchanting Fuand preface biography monument praise to a lot of worthy of reference andlearning.And his poetry creation makes a lot of far-reaching effects tothe later literary creation. However, research on Xiahou Zhan and hispoetry is very,very less. The history of ancient Chinese literature cannot be said to be a more obvious defect.The method of the text is Mencius "Zhirenlunshi" traditional literarycriticism, basing on the fifty-four works existing. I combine the"Zhirenlunshi" with the "ontology" organic. This paper uses a lot ofhistorical datas and literature reviews. I will do a lot of work aboutthe analysis of the Xiahou Zhan’s family and life, and explore theimportant literary value of his poems. All kinds of his works are analyzedin detail, especially for a more understanding and explaining the profoundof his chanting Fu.The themes of this thesis mainly include the family background ofXiahou Zhan, and hie life and thought, official and friends, the researchof his Fu,"Sao poetry" with other works of poetry and the stylecharacteristics.
