The Study Of Marx’s Subjectivity Thought And Its Contemporary Significance

Subjectivity is a fundamental problem of Marxist philosophy. From "the independence of the people on the basis of the dependence of object" this proposition, Karl Marx is summary about the present situation of modern society people’s subjectivity. Marx’s study of subjective questions based on this perspective, and throughout the whole process of its theoretical research. Based on this perspective, this paper studies mainly from three levels of Marx’s thought of subjectivity.(1) The subjectivity in the development of contemporary society is a major issue, which is in the form of commodity production, and show a kind of materialization and "not present" situation. Face the reality situation of subjectivity, the contemporary theory of subjectivity whether it is a positive innovation, or a kind of negative theory "end", is a theoretical reconstruction of subjectivity. Marx’s thought as by far the most profound theory of subjectivity, to answer and solve the problem of modern subjectivity in the development of society, not out of date.(2) Marx’s thought of subjectivity is the criticism of the traditional internal rational subjectivity thought and formed in the reflection of modern subjectivity. In the modern practice of subject levels of the industrial revolution and the establishment of rational subjectivity, subjectivity in the objective relationship from being to being-in-itself. It broke through the human subjectivity of dependence, turn to the independence of the people. From the point of the law of development of human history, this kind of act-by-oneself and materialization situation, on the one hand, rooted in the subject practice unceasing change, on the other hand also reflects the social relationship of the subjectivity of the main body. As a result, the subjectivity as the main body activity to reflect the reality, is a historic development process.(3) Marx subjectivity thought is effectively back the "resolution" of subjectivity theory, and for the construction of subjectivity theory provides a new thinking method or approach, namely the theoretical construction of subjectivity must be based on the practice activity of the subject and main body of social relations. For contemporary Chinese subjectivity, it is in the midst of the people of dependence relationship and content dependence relationship coexist, socialist market economy and the subjectivity development inherent contradiction is inevitable. Therefore, Marx’s subjectivity thoughts for the construction of subjectivity theory in contemporary China, has the extremely important guiding significance.
