Anthropological Vision Of Art Contemporary Urban Marriage Culture Aesthetic Characteristics And Causes

In the context of consumer culture and urban culture, a Great change has been taking place in the activities of marriage customs culture in modern urban population. From the form of marriage customs to its content, and focus on the objects to its purpose of the marriage customs culture activities achieved, all of those are dramatic changed. Therefore, aesthetic characteristics and its causes of the modern urban marriage customs culture are studied systematically with the viewpoint of art anthropology.For the aspects of the development of marriage culture activities, with the field survey and literature as the main research methods, current situation of the modern urban marriage customs culture is observed definitely below the three aspects in this paper: the changes of spouse-selection view, the changes of bride price and dowries, and the changes of marry style. Above the three phenomenon shows the general characteristics of the modern marriage culture, this is commercial, style variety and fashion. From this, aesthetic characters of marriage culture are concluded into three points with the methods of the questionnaire survey and the data analysis:the challenge of Consumption and aesthetic, the negative stereotypes of Aesthetic sensibility and its rationality, and the contradiction of aesthetic motive and aesthetic effect. Three dimensions:the transformation of social context, the cover of aesthetic "subjectivity" of marriage culture and the lost of humanistic spirit of it, are analyzed for the cause of aesthetic characteristics of the modern marriage culture in this paper.Finally, two revelations about the aesthetic characteristics of the modern marriage culture are raised On the basis of cause analysis. At the first, advocating the consciousness of aesthetic subjectivity, promoting the couple’s emotion to continue in the aesthetic interest. Then, strengthening the construction of humanistic spirit, and promoting the aesthetic fusion of "sensibility" and "rational" in the activities of marriage customs. With the finite analysis and thinking, we look forward to provide some valuable enlightenment to the aesthetic of urban marriage culture and its future.
