In recent years, the perspective of subjectivity and subjective quantity, which is based on thetheory of cognitive linguistics, has been paid more and more attention by scholars, and it hasbeen discussed in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (hereafter referred to asTCFL). In this thesis, subjectivity and subjective quantity will be as a key to describe andanalyze the structure of “V+个+X”. On this basis, we mainly make use of construction andemphasize studying the culture of Han ethnic group. With the help of questionnaires, the primaryteaching steps and suggestion could be put forward, which aims at adding some instructivesupplements for TCFL. Besides this, in modern Chinese, the structure of “V+个+X” is acommon-use structure in spoken language. However, in this structure,“个” can be used not onlyas a measure word. During the grammaticalization of “个”, the structure with it will also boostup in subjectivisation; the meaning of the structure will be divided into two different ways. Thus,it will be a language barrier for students studying abroad in their veracious understandings. Forthis reason, this thesis will explain and analyze the structure of “V+个+X” in subjective meaningfrom two aspects of the structure of “V+个+NP” and the structure of “V+个+VP”.In the body part of the thesis, we give the connotation limitation of the structure firstly,choosing the part which we will research on. Then, we analyze the structure of “V+个+X” fromthe perspective of subjectivity and subjective quantity. Based on the abundant language material,we explain the reasons of embodying subjectivity of the structure and emphasize on discussingtwo characteristics of its subjective quantity. At last, we combine this structure with TCFL, andresearch on its teaching methods in TCFL.The thisis is divided into six parts.Part one. The general reviews of existing research results. We mainly generalize it from twoaspects: the structure of “V+个+NP” and the structure of “V+个+VP”. Then we introduce thecomposing basis, theories, methods and the resources of the language material.Part two. The scope of the structure of “V+个+X” is quite wide, so we focus on the part ofsubjectivity. In this part, we make a connotation limitation for “个”, that is,“个” has alreadygrammaticalized and not merely been a measure word. Then we also make a limitation for the whole structure.Part three. The subjective manifestation of the structure of “V+个+X”. One aspect is thesubjectivity manifested by the unchanging word “个”, and the other aspect is manifested by othercomponents in syntax and text.Part four. The research on subjective quantity. This part is the focal point of the thesis whichcontains two aspects: one is the structure of “V+个+NP”, mainly expressing subjective smallquantity; the other is the structure of “V+个+VP”, mainly expressing subjective large quantity.In the end of this part, we make a combination of small quantity and large quantity.Part five. The teaching countermeasure of the structure of “V+个+X”. Construction, theteaching method of “个” in different stages and the culture of Han ethnic group are the mainperspectives for analysis and then for the teaching countermeasure.Part six. The summary of the whole thesis.
