A Study On The Structure Of "Yue Lai Yue X"

In Modern Chinese, yue lai yue X is common structure. It means the change ofdegree、number、extent and emotion on time.Construction Grammar is one of the new linguistic theories. It provides newthoughts on studying Chinese Grammar. This Paper will give a comprehensiveexplanation of “yue lai yue X” from the angle of Construction Grammar andCognitive Linguistics.The whole Paper consists of the following Parts.Chapter one: analyze the constructive meaning and the semantic category of “yuelai yue X”. Chapter two: By analyzing this structure in the way of syntax, find theword in this structure must fulfill two rules: can express the meaning of change ondegree、number、extent and emotion of time；can be modified by adverb “hen” ingrammar. Chapter three: By the way of illustration, analyze the syntax position of thisstructure, including predicate attributive adverbial complement and object.
