Research On Higher Vocational Non-English Major Mongolian Students’ Metacognitive Strategy Training Of English Writing

English is widely used as a world language, more and more people realize theimportance of English learning. Researches have shown that English learning has fivebasic skills; writing is the core, top priority. So, it is known that the improvement ofEnglish writing ability is still a big challenge for English educational field. Therefore,how to improve the students’ English writing, and how to take the teaching methodhas been topic of common concern of the researchers, scholars and teachers ofEnglish. This paper tries to investigate this question from the point of view of trainingof metacognitive strategy to. Metacognitive strategies refer to the conscious, plansand the use of the purpose of Metacognitive to plan, monitoring and evaluation of selfof knowledge learning task. In all learning strategies, it is a kind of high levels of andeffective strategy.The experiment method of Lord, supplemented by the survey method, theexperimental classes and before and after that in comparative classes as designpattern, the use of the design of own higher vocational teaching Mongolian non-English major students learning English writing metacognitive strategy training materials, Mongolian language&literature of Hetao University of2010levelin computerized accounting professional and animal husbandry and veterinaryprofessional of two classes (every class choose30students) as a test sample, randomly assigned experimental class and comparative class. The experimental results show that the English major in higher vocational college students of English writing teaching Mongolian teaching, the penetration of the training of metacognitive strategy teaching In the students’ English writing teaching effect has a positive effect, To improve the Mongolian metacognition use level, English writing ability and Englishwriting scores, to get the expected effect.
