| Li Yu is a versatile and great writer. As a writer with strong personality in late Ming and early Qing, whose personality was fully showed in his novel, builds happyatmosphere and the spirit of entertainment which make readers comfortable in hisworks also. Thus, make use of the method of “analyze author by his works, analyzeworks by his author”, based on the background of his living times, we analyze hisnovel’s position and the principle of writing from his conte, we get the feature of hispersonality, which can be summarized as independent, enlightened and civilians. Atlast we analyze the resource, performance, abuse and influence of his spirit ofentertainment, to judge Li Yu fairly and reasonably at the spirit of entertainment. |
