With the rapid development of education, the impact of campus culture is concerned bymore and more researchers. This thesis has deeply explored the campus culture’s influence onfeeling of belongingness to schools, self-esteem and self-efficacy of senior middle school byusing questionnaire survey and selecting724senior middle school students from three schoolsof Handan as the participants in this study. Through the research and analysis of the researchresults and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. Campus culture has great effect on the students’ feeling of belongingness to schools.The students in Xunzi Middle School have stronger feeling of belongingness than those inanother two schools2. There are certain difference in the School belonging among the students in threeaspects, such as gender, the grade and subject.3. Campus culture plays an important part in the self-worth of senior high schoolstudents. The better the campus culture is, the stronger self-worth will be.4. There exists positive correlation between school belonging and the students’self-esteem.5. Campus culture has great effect on the students’ self-efficacy.6. There exists positive correlation between students’ self-esteem and the students’self-efficacy.7. There exists positive correlation between school belonging and the students’self-efficacy.8. There is a long way to go to develop good campus culture for middle schools.
