This paper is a research on The Scholars before the founding of China in theinfluence of philosophical hermeneutics. The object of study includes the condition ofvarious editions, prefaces and postscripts, and novel critiques. I combine the historicaldata with classics to analyze in the help of philosophical hermeneutics. In the processof the study, I focus on the interpretation of different periods, the display and analysisof the research conditions in order to find out the reasons of different interpretations.This paper is divided into four chapters except for the preface.The first chapteris to study The Scholars’s different kinds of series of comments and the geographicalfeatures. I summary and display the five comments series. I also analyze regionalcharacteristics from Publishing industry, language environment and scholarparticipation. The second chapter is to study the theme, the structure, the arts of satireand the character in the influence of Qing’s ethical culture.The theme of fame andfortune is influenced by feudal Loyalty and filial piety. There are different points offocus because of the age and position.The structure theory is shaped by Chinesetraditional literature and formerParadigm. The theory of satiric art fills our country’snovel theory. Three aspects have broken through former character theory, they are towrite logical character, to create layered person, and the personality is shaped by thecircumstance. The third chapter is to study the academic criticisms which isinfluenced both by Chinese traditional thought and West thought. Because the Westernacademic thought and the time changing,the intellectual attach new importance to thescholar.The forth part choose Luxun and Hushi’ s comments as the main object toanalyzes history and personal view for understanding.
