| We often say the word such as "culture","article","Literature," which all attach to a rooted word-----wen. for example,How about a person’s education? And how to assess an article is good or not? How a man of literary attainments?......There are lots of examples like this,meanwile, there are many problems left for us:1.What is Wen’s original meaning that is used as a word formation unit in a vocabulary?2.what is Wen’s ancient form?3.How many forms of Wen during various historical periods? Of course, we can get the answer for granted without getting to the bottom and making captures toward the above problems.someone said:"Wen is the Wen? Is it necessary to comb ever forms of Culture, articles, literature,and civilization?" We believe that it is very meaningful to comb the various forms of "culture" and to clarify the evolution of Chinese civilization. Some scholars have noticed this and made some positive demonstration, but most have given a general definition of the broad and narrow sense, we have to do some specific job to do.Before Qin Dynasty, the various forms of "Wen" has emerged, on the one hand, the performance of the linear form during the different historical periods;on the other hand,it exists the common form in the same historical period.There are a lot of forms of Wen including "Culture","Tattoo","word","civilization" in China.Many scholars have been combing those forms in-depth. In view of this situation, this paper try to explore deliberately, of course, given that the limited knowledge I have, the issues just related to pre-Qin research, Combing and investigating the "Wen" both the linear and common form all this time. The form of the causes. Paper divided to three parts:Part I:To clarify the original meaning of Wen,to make clear the relationship among Wen, totems and primitive religion. This part of the Oracle offered primarily through unearthed and scholars carried out their analysis to explore the beginning of the "Wen" according to justice.We found that the original meaning of "Wen"is tattoo which based on the original religion. The "tattoo" itself have some relationships whit lots of action:Religion, totem Nourishing, identification which provided a cultural hotbed for the original ancestors and becomes the originator of the Chinese civilization.PartⅡ:To analyse the metaphysical form based on "<YiJing>","<ShangShu>".It is difficult to determine the Date of the early writings mostly, more than a single article in the form to survive in the world, the fake is also very common. However, after every dynasty, especially the continuous efforts of the scholars of the Qing Dynasty, the authenticity of the situation has generally sort out. Recently, after the full demonstration, scholars have fully endorsed the<JinWenShangShu>. We can get the metaphysical meaning by means of<YiJing>and<ShangShu> to have a relatively comprehensive understanding about the"Wen" in the system of " cosmology " and "society". |
