Qinghai provence is a Multiethnic region in which the living pattern is formed a "onenationality living compactly in a small community but mixedly in a large area"andPutonghua is the mainly communicative language from different nations. And the Tibetanare mainly live together with other nations in the towns and countries in Anto Tibetregions.With the frequent communication of the Han people and TibetanPutonghua has thevital significance in the social advance,cultural development and the quality of the Tibetanincrease,and play a pivotal role in promoting the communication of different nations.So thequality of bilingual teaching between mandarin and Tibetan in Zang region decides on thesuccess of elementary education and improving the quality of Tibetan or not.This article considers part of the Chinese teachers in Hainan state and Zang studentsfrom Anto Tibet regions as a case analysis,uses the interview and testingapproaches,investigates the students about "the Putonghua and Chinese and Zang bilingualteaching" in Anto Tibet regions and introduces the characteristics of pronunciation, grammarand pragmatics of the Anto Tibetan, from which I comprehensively analyse the currentsituation of the Tibet students learning Putonghua,introduce the special interlingualphenomenon during learning and summarize its law.Then I find the restraining factors of theTibet students learning Putonghua and come up with some methods to solve these problems.
