Research On Emotional Experience Design Of Adult Toys

Experience design, based on the experience economy, is a new design concept and takesgood experience obtaining as the ultimate goal. Meanwhile, experience design is also aprocess to make people feel better design. Today, with the development of science andtechnology, people are not only satisfied with the material demands, but also begin to focuson psychological and emotional needs of non-material aspects. This is increasingly becomingthe focus and starting point at this stage to implement the emotional communication andexchange between people and products by designing. So how to combine people’spsychological and emotional needs and make them get the good emotional experience is themain research contents of this paper.(1) Analyzed the different definitions of "experience" and "emotional" through differentdisciplines separately, made sure of their nature and content, provided theoretical support tocontinue to study experience design and emotional design.(2) Summarized the times background of experience design and emotional design,discussed the features, expressions of different types of experience design, and on this basis,combined with the emotional design, described three different levels including the contents,the design points and the approaches, provided emotional design basis for adult toys design.(3) Took Adult toys design as the destination, analyzed the status of adult and typicalemotional problems in modern life, explained the necessity and urgency of emotional designfor adults, which led to the analysis of the content and categories about emotional experienceof adult toys, provided design basis for emotional design of adult toys.(4) Based on all above rationale, put forward the main design principles of emotionalexperience design brought by adult toys and design elements or design methods underdifferent aspects of emotional experience, and finally through a design example to illustratethe specific application of emotional experience to provide a reference for adult toys design.
