Study On The Survey Of Current Situation Of College Students’ Resilience And Its Educational Countermeasures

When people under pressure and straitened circumstances, one will display hisgood personal features conscientiously and initiatively, which we called resilience. Itacts as the mediator and bridge between one’s internal mind and outside world aroundoneself. The launch of the research of resilience has help to solve the problems ofcollege students and guide the practice of ideological and political education. Ofcollege students in school at the present stage.So, this thesis tries to carry out somestudies on the resilience of college students and its implication to college ideologicaland political education.College students at campus is a main part of all human resources in China, thefundamental task of institution of higher learning is to train excellent work force andadministrator of production. Which also is the primary mission of the university partybuilding and the launch of psychological and political education..Based upon the origin and development, concept, structure, measurement,theoretical model and the present research situation of resilience,this study goes intothe problems of the relationship among resilience of college students and their mentaltrouble as well as other influencing factors. With the help of Adult Mental FlexibilityScale,Symptom Checklist(SCL-90), Adolescent Self-rating Life Event Check Listand Social Support Scale, the progressive discuss is planned to discover resilience ofcollege students and their specific characteristics, which is conclude sex，the onlychild, major, grade and their homeplace.734undergraduate students from differentcolleges took part in the research as subjects. On the above foundation, the authorcarried out the data processing and analysis, among the relationship betwee nresilience and mental health. The result proves that:(1)the college students resilience was well as a whole, thefive dimensions has its own order and change;(2)There was a negative correlationbetween resilience and mental health of college students, the one has a poor resiliencemust have a low level of psychological health;(3)Resilience is a variable quantitywhile pressure and mental health, we can improve the level of resilience to change thesituation of mental health of college students;(4)Teachers and educators should knowthe theory and method of resilience, proceed from enhance the level of resilience toincrease the effectiveness of mental health and ideological and politicaleducation;(5)We can measure and analyze the influence of resilience on mental health,thus offer effective means and methods for the ideological and political educationworkers.The last part of this paper offered three ways to perfect the ideological andpolitical education, which based on the current situation of college students resilience.First,the findings of the resilience is a factor to carry out the ideological andpolitical education, the measures including uphold the CPC leadship、increase theideological and political ability etc. Second, develop new ways according the status.We can change contemporary content and launch the net based ideological andpolitical education. All these methods are new methods for us.Third.building aharmonious environment for ideological and political education. We suggest establishthree levels protection network of mental health and optimize the environment etc.,which are help to improve the effectiveness of the ideologica l and political educationand realize the goal of the ideological and political education smoothly.
