This thesis mainly takes "de" as an example to discuss the nature of "de" andthe source of the Tense and the Aspect in "de" sentence from the angle ofdescription and explanation. The "de" can be placed in the middle or the end of the "de" sentence.Throughout the tense system, the "V de O" sentence conclude not only the situationof what happened in the past, but also examples of the future things. Such assentence of "I read the book yesterday" expresses contains the time semantics ofaction happening in the past. In addition, the past tense is easy to generatemorphological markers. Then,"de" could be easily considered to assume thesemantics of past time, which makes it look like dynamic auxiliary. The "de" waslocated between the verb and the object, which makes it look like being attached tothe verb, so it is called suffix and structural particle. The typical position of themood particle is the end of the sentence, which makes the "de" does not look likethe mood particle, but we found that the modal particle can also be located in themiddle of the sentence even behind verb through the description. Like the exampleof the sentence of "I read the book yesterday","de" was located in the middle ofthe sentence due to the topicalization. On the basis of the Goldberg ’s construction grammar theory, this article holdthe view that the "de" sentence can be regarded as being composed of the pastconstructions([-ed])and the perfect construction([have-en]).Thus, the "de" sentencehave the semantics of past time. The source of the Tense and the Aspect in "de"sentence can be attributed to the semantics of the construction, instead of "de".In addition, the view that "de" C-select the complement which has thesemantics of time was confirmed in the framework of Generate Syntactic theory, has proved that the "de" is not the carrier of semantics of time in the sentence.
