This research based on the excellent graduated students in school, the methodology which contains the means of research and interview, and the academic reviewing of settlement study and social history. There are two scales in this paper, one is Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) created by W. H. Fitts on1965’, the second revised edition in1988. The other scale is created by He xiaoge who is Hunan Normal University graduated students, named CSSMS (College Student Self-Management Scale) in2004.The subjects of the study are244students from five different university who are randomly drawn, the excellent graduated students are75and the non-excellent graduated students are169. Meanwhile, collecting, analyzing the data and interviewing all the subjects. According to the research, the result will be follow:1. There’s a positive correlation on excellent graduated students between3factors.(1) Where are you from? Rural or urban?(2) Are you the only child in your family?(3) How about your family’s economic?(4) Are you responsible for your class or college?The highest positive correlation between responsibility for your class or something and family’s economic. 2. There is a high positive correlation between self-conception and self-management on excellent graduated students.3. There are big difference between excellent students and non-excellent students on self-conception. Especially in thinking, studying, self-controlling, conception, attitude of job, attention and action, self efficacy and self show.4. There are big difference between excellent students and non-excellent students on self-management.
