Beiliu Xincheng village vernacular is the northern dialect in Beiliu city of Guangxi.Locals commonly call it the Biuliu dialect. Some scholars have studied the vernacular in Beiliu city. However, the vernacular of rural areas in the Biuliu survey, is still rare. The author Selects the Beiliu xincheng village vernacular as the survey point, and then collects and analyzes the voice system. On this basis, depth analysis of the Beiliu xincheng village vernacular Ancient voiced initials——"bing.ding.cong.xie.chong.chuan.shan.cheng.qun.xia.feng" reading the characteristics of today.
